The official announcement took place during a grand dealer meet at the Guindy Ramda Hotel, graced by SRM Chairman, Mr. Ravi Pachamuthu, and the brand ambassador of SRMPR, the well-known Indian actor Mr. Sathyaraj.
SRMPR Cements is poised to make a remarkable entrance into the cement industry, with a primary focus on producing Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC). The company is committed to expanding its product offerings, including Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) and high-performance cement, catering to the diverse needs of the construction sector.
Mr. Ravi Pachamuthu, Chairman of SRM Group, expressed confidence in the strength of the SRM brand and conveyed the company’s dedication to providing high-quality products and services. Mr. Ohm Prakash, the Chief Executive Officer of SRMPR Cements, highlighted the remarkable progress made by the company within the cement industry. Under the guidance of Mr. Ravi Pachamuthu, SRMPR Cements has swiftly established a robust presence, securing agreements with 100 dealers from an impressive pool of 2,000 applicants. Currently, the company operates three state-of-the-art cement manufacturing plants in South India, with a total production capacity of 420,000 tonnes per annum.
The immediate plans for SRMPR Cements include expanding its dealer network across Tamil Nadu in the upcoming months, ensuring efficient and widespread delivery of top-quality cement products across the state. With its strong foundation, SRMPR Cements is well-positioned to become a prominent player in the cement market, leveraging the growing demand arising from various public construction projects in the region.
